Set up your firepit for direct heat grilling. Clean and oil the salmon fillets, then season generously with sea salt, black pepper, and drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice.
Grill the salmon (10-12 minutes)
Place the salmon fillets skin-side down directly over the firepit grate. Grill for 5-6 minutes, then carefully flip and cook for another 5-6 minutes until cooked through and slightly charred.
Rest and serve
